After studying economical science and sociology Valérie began her career working with creative director Benoit Devarrieux in 1983. In 1987 she joined the Euro RSCG network and has worked for BETC since the very foundation of the agency in 1994. Valérie finds her inspiration in humour, fashion and art.
When it comes to what makes great advertising, she feels that the most important element is that the work is experimental and new, and always with a touch of humour.
She is part of the team behind the hugely successful EVIAN Rollerbabies and Baby & Me campaigns.
Valérie has always been very committed to helping others. With this in mind, one of the campaigns that means the most to her is a French campaign that came out in the beginning of the 90’s, encouraging people witnessing child abuse to react. The campaign was launched on her own initiative, without a brief behind it.
